Pack Your Gear
Place the unworn boots in their original branded box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival.
